Improved Outcomes. Lower Costs.

Cancer is the most expensive diagnosis in healthcare, and treatment costs are projected to increase at double-digit rates in the coming years. Multiple studies have shown about half of cancer treatments do not result in the expected benefit. When your employees are more informed about their treatment options, they make smarter decisions. Patient satisfaction goes up. Healthcare costs go down.

The peace of mind our patients feel knowing they are making the best decision for them, helps to minimize productivity loss; and knowing their employer cares enough to provide this benefit may help increase employee loyalty.

MyCancerJourney’s approach to patient treatment decision support is one of a kind.

Health Literacy

Patients who engage with MyCancerJourney better understand their diagnosis and prognosis, are less likely to make suboptimal treatment decisions and have more realistic expectations about treatments and the associated side effects.

Representative Data

Our real-world data approach is based on outcomes of other “people like you,” (the same age, sex, ethnicity, cancer type, and health status) resulting in truly personalized treatment decision support. This approach allows patients to see Isolated outcomes for different treatment modalities and no-treatment.

Patient Advocacy

MyCancerJourney advocates are board-certified, receive cultural competency training, and have expertise in cancer. The advocate is there to educate. They provide the time, space, and information patients and their loved ones need to process what is most important to them

Helping your employees optimize their treatment decisions

Guided by PotentiaMetrics’ proprietary data and analytics platform, our advocates can provide actionable information tailored to the patient’s unique characteristics and clinical conditions. Our platform allows our advocates to reveal outcomes information from other patients of the same age, sex, ethnicity, and health status who have faced the same diagnosis.

We are treatment agnostic. We do not provide clinical advice, specific treatment or drug recommendations. We provide support so your employees can make informed decisions with their care teams.
